Using this website

This website has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. IP addresses are also used briefly, in memory, to limit repeated enquiry submissions.

Online enquiry form

The enquiry form collects your full name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, preferred language and a brief message. We use this information only to respond to your booking enquiry.

When you submit the form, your details are sent as an email to info@maryleboneurology.com using our email delivery provider, Resend. The website itself does not store enquiries in a database or record their contents in logs. The email delivery provider processes the message to deliver it and keeps its own delivery records under its privacy terms.

Please do not include medical reports, sensitive images or detailed clinical information in the form. It is for booking enquiries only and is not monitored for emergencies.

Contacting the team

Calling, emailing or using WhatsApp takes you to a separate communication service. Information you choose to send will be handled by the team responding to your enquiry and the providers involved in delivering that communication.

Use these channels for initial booking enquiries. Ask for a secure transfer route before sending referral letters, medical reports, identity documents or intimate images.

Medical information

Website content is general information, not a diagnosis or individual treatment recommendation. Treatment options, suitability, provider, location and fees are confirmed during booking and assessment.
